Southern Market ships out of Texas! We at times pre-print our shipping labels for quicker packaging purchases. Tracking information will always be located in your account dashboard and sent via email to the address provided at check out.

If you notice your shipping address is incorrect, please contact southernmarketinfo@gmail.com as quickly as possible after order is submitted. Once order has left our facility, we can not make these changes and are not liable for lost packages. Packages will normally arrive anywhere from 2 to 5 days after shipping depending on your location.

Southern Market is not responsible for any damages occured during shipment. Please contact your local post office regarding damages. Also, please let us know and we will do everything we can to help guide you through a claims process.

You are only allowed to use one code per order. Wholesale orders are not allowed discount codes unless otherwise noted.


Business Times:
Although we are constantly order on orders, our normal business hours are M-F 9am to 4pm. Holidays Closed.

Responses to EMails:
Please allow up to 24 hours for response time. Although we do answer quickly, we have this timeframe in place for any occurances.

Retail Returns:
As many of our items are custom made, Southern Market will not give cash refunds. If you receive a defective item that was missed by us, a store credit will be issued. Please contact southernmarketinfo@gmail.com or use our online chat feature within 24 hours of your order arrival if there is a problem. After this time frame, Southern Market will not accept item. Return items will not be accepted if worn or dirty. 

If a return is accepted, the following information will be needed with your return shipment. Name, Phone Number, Order Number and Email Address inside of the package. Any packages sent back without this information will be forfeited. Please do not ship any packages back without contacting Southern Market first!
Southern Market is not responsible for return shipping costs unless noted differently. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer.
